  Overview of course

Welcome, this course is designed to be taken over a month and each week there are 4 EFT Taps to practice every day Monday to Thursday. Have a day off on Friday and the weekend.

Before starting this course please watch the video in the last section 'Resources' called 'What is EFT' for a good understanding of the EFT Tapping technique.

I learnt EFT Tapping nearly 10 years ago and it took me about a month to understand my depression and release the roots causes.

My experience of depression could be described as not liking myself, feeling down every day, not trusting the process of life, feeling hopeless, 2nd best and not good enough.

EFT Tapping helped me release these old feelings step by step and this course and the taps included will help you do the same.

Each day I practised the taps and each week I felt better and better until I was finally free from feeling depressed.

This course does not have to be taken week by week. You can just choose a few taps that resonate with you and come back as and when you feel like it.

However, best results are achieved when you take action with a new attitude that supports you and this course will help you do just that.
