In part 1 we look at how blaming starts and why we do it. The game starts by blaming ourselves or others for our negative experiences.
In part 2 we look at how blaming leads onto the feeling of shame and how this effects our life. Self sabotage is the number #1 reason why most people do not live their dreams and the feeling of shame strips away all of your self respect and sense of pride. As the games continues and you get good at blaming, you then start to feel the perceived shame for what happened in that 'co-creation' experience. Shame manifests over time as feeling not good enough or not worthy. A sense of self pride and respect is lost and needs balancing.

In part 3 we look at how guilt sets in to complete the game where everyone loses! Guilt holds us back and destroys our sense of well being. Guilt also weakens the immune system disallowing good health. Guilt is created within you and you can now choose to work on releasing it as this will propel you forward and set you free forever. Guilt follows on from the blame and same. Over time, when you have been blaming and feel a sense of shame, a guilty feeling always follows. You now feel guilty about your part in the co-creation or negative experience. Your sense of innocence is lost and needs balancing.
