When you ask better questions you get better clarity and awareness of yourself and how you function unconsciously. With this information you can easily reprogram yourself and change your experience for a better one.
Part #2 - Limiting Beliefs
In part #2, I help you identify your limiting beliefs connected to procrastination and the fear of change. Your beliefs are the governors of your reality and they create and filter all of your experiences. Many years ago I purchased an excellent book at the airport by Dr Bruce Lipton called 'The Biology of Beliefs' and this book revolutionised how I thought about myself and my outside world. I highly recommend that you get a copy of his book, you'll find it on Amazon. Its a great read and will change your life for the better.
