Part 1 - How It Works

Hello everyone and welcome to an excellent variation of the EFT Technique called 'EFT Choices'.

Today we start a brand new 3-part mini series designed to help you use this amazing technique to release unwanted emotions and limiting beliefs that no longer support you.

Please note: The original EFT choices technique was created many years ago by Patrica Carrington and I have just simplified it a little bit.

How the mind works!

Every experience that comes into your reality may trigger old emotions that no longer support you. Within your programming, triggers normally only have a negative response.

However, EFT Choices provides your mind with a new positive alternative to choose from the next time the same experience happens again.
When we feel negative emotion the first thing we have to do is to tap and make friends with the problem and at the same time, choose an alternative feeling that supports us.

This combination of acknowledging the negative emotion and choosing a different feeling is most effective when used in the moment or when you first notice any negative emotion.

EFT Choices Technique Part 2 - Negative Emotion Release

In part 2, I show you how to use this simple little technique for best results!

The EFT Choices technique is amazing at helping you to release negative emotions when you are either in the moment or as soon as you become aware of how you're feeling.

The routine for releasing negative emotion is as follows:

1st Tap (2 Rounds)

Even though I feel ............................................. [state negative emotion]

I now choose to feel ............................................. [state positive emotion]

2nd Tap (4 Rounds)

I now choose to feel ............................................. [state positive emotion]

This simplified version of EFT Choices is highly effective and one that I use all the time with my private coaching clients.

EFT Choices Technique Part 3 - Releasing Limited Beliefs

In part 3 we look at releasing limiting beliefs the easy way!

The EFT Choices technique is equally effective and powerful at helping you to release limiting beliefs that no longer support you either in the moment or as soon as you become aware of them.

The routine for releasing limiting beliefs is as follows:

1st Tap (2 rounds)

Even though I believe ............................................., this belief is no longer true and I now choose to release it as it no longer supports me.

2nd Tap (4 rounds)

I now choose to believe .......................................... as this supports me right now.

The next time you notice a self limiting belief, ask.... does this belief support me? Is there a belief that would support me better?
